Registration Guidelines
How to register
- All registrations must be made through the Online Portal.
- First, create an account. After that, sign in to finish your registration.
- When registering for someone else, create an account with your details and enter the delegate’s information (with their consent).

30 July 2026, 23:59 CET
- We recommend using a personal email address to avoid delivery issues.
- Additional items (e.g., social events or tours) can be added during the initial registration process or later to an existing registration via Manage Registration → Edit Registration.
- If you have not completed your payment, please log in to your account, go to Manage Registration → Edit Registration, and then proceed by selecting Proceed to Payment.
- A confirmation email with your registration number will be sent after submission.

Registration Fees

All the above fees include a local VAT of 21%.
All registration deadlines are based on the local time (CET/CEST).
* Student rate is available only for participants attending a university or institute of higher education. Students must provide proof of their student status.
Unpaid or partially paid registrations will not be considered valid until paid in full.

Social Program
To be eligible to attend social events, all participants are kindly asked to reconfirm or pre-register (during the registration process or reconfirm/add via the Online Services Portal) for the social events.
All fees are to be paid in EUR, free of all bank charges. However, please confirm with your bank whether there are any charges on their end.
Payment
Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card
The preferred method of payment is payment by card online via our secure payment gateway:

- Provided by – WORLDLINE.

If an online card payment is rejected, please retrieve it via the registration form or contact your card issuer/bank.
Bank Transfer
Please ensure that the registered participant’s name and registration number are clearly stated in the bank transfer. Payments received without such details (name, registration number) cannot be easily identified and may not be valid.
Payment by bank transfer is available until 7 September 2026. After this date, all payments can only be made by credit/debit card.
Invoice
An advance (proforma) invoice/Call for payment is issued only upon email request.
The final invoice can be downloaded from the Online portal. The final invoice will be issued based on the details provided during the registration process (step Contact/Invoice details)
Any change of such details (name, address, VAT number, etc.) is subject to a 20 EUR fee.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
The following cancellation charges apply:
- Until 6 July 2026, a 50 EUR administrative fee will be applied.
- From 7 July 2026 until 27 July 2026, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
- From 28 July 2026 until 17 August 2026, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- From 18 August until 7 September 2026, a 70% cancellation fee will apply.
- From 8 September 2026 onwards, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
It is possible to change the name/contact of the registered participant. This change is subject to an administrative fee of 20 EUR.

Cancellation of Other Bookable Items (Social Events / tours)
- Until 7 September 2026 – a 20 EUR administrative fee will be deducted.
- From 8 September 2026, no refund can be processed.
General Cancellation Conditions
- All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email) to the Secretariat.
- Requests for refunds made after 7 September 2026 will not be considered.
- For any change of name, a fee of 20 EUR will be charged.
Others
VISA
Requests for a VISA invitation letter are only available for fully paid or free registration. You can submit your request through the Online Portal.
If you are applying for a visa to attend the conference, please follow the instructions outlined in this document issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. It provides detailed information on visa requirements and the application process for conference participants.
Visa & Invitation Letter
Delegates can download their Invitation letter from their account on the Online Portal once their registration is paid in full.
Certificate of Attendance
The Certificate of Attendance will be available for download in the Online Portal after the Conference for all participating delegates.
Insurance
The registration fee does not include the participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
Cancellation or Modification of the Radecs 2026 Conference Due to Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure situation, CZECH-IN s.r.o. reserves the right to alter or cancel the meeting without prior notice, including any change of the time and/or venue of the meeting. Any occurrence of a force majeure event shall be communicated as soon as reasonably possible from the time. Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of CZECH-IN s.r.o., which prevents or impedes the realization of the meeting. This includes but is not limited to government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, plague, or other epidemic such as SARS, Covid-19, bird flu, earthquake, flood, hurricane, cyclone, fire, or other natural physical disaster, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike, lack of the usual means of transportation, or terrorism. CZECH-IN s.r.o. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, losses, expenditures, or any other inconveniences or costs caused by such modification or cancellation of the meeting. Unless provided otherwise by the applicable mandatory laws, the registration fees will be reimbursed by the RADECS Con cancellation policy.
