Authors: M. Bagatin(1), A. Waets(2), R. Garcia(2), S. Gerardin(3)

This work examines event-to-event variability in energy deposition for very-high-energy ions compared with lower-energy ions with similar LET, using Geant4 simulations. Lower-energy ions exhibit greater fluctuations and non-Gaussian tails, affecting single-event-effect interpretation in nanoscale devices.

Optical fibered systems are attracting significant attention in radiation environments. The radiation-induced attenuation (RIA) of a depressed-cladding Ce/Gd co-doped core fiber was measured at different temperatures. The temperature effect is observed and the RIA is compared with similar fibers.

PG-8

Authors: M. Jo(1)
1. QRT, Korea, Republic of

Presenting author: Charbel Sadik

This work evaluates TID-SEE interaction in SRAM-based dosimeter under proton irradiation. Results indicate limited TID impact on SEU response, suggesting instead that displacement damage plays a dominant role in SEE sensitivity in the tested device.
